I got shin splint from running and the pain from my shin was so unbearable that I was even limping when I walk. I couldn't do my daily runs. I finally visit Jaffrey Kong to help me recover. His methods are very systematic and I could see improvements with every session. The strengthening exercises helped me to build muscles that is needed for the full recovery!

Precise Rehab is my 2nd centre I went for my knee cap operation therapies. Here I meet Jaffery who not only treated me for my after knee cap op but also my right shoulder pain. On all occasions he explained thoroughly why the pain is there n exercises to do to improve my mobility on my shoulder n the knee. By the 5th session I noticed my leg/knee strength, my range of motion improved. I was very happy. His treatment includes gruesome massage sessions but nevertheless must admit they are effective. He says no pain, no gain. I must be very thankful to him as I have made tremendous improvement on my knee n shoulder pain n I would certainly recommend to see Jaffery if you do require physio treatment. He is the best. Young, friendly n knowledgeable man who would not hesitate to attend to you even if you have finished your sessions in his clinic but you forgot how n what exercise to do at home. Thumbs up for Jaffery.

I keep a fairly active lifestyle with some swimming, running and occasional yoga classes. About 1 year ago I pulled a muscle in one of the yoga classes but I thought it will be OK in a few days... Well obviously it did not! After bouts of physio and chiro sessions the problem was still there and it started affecting my daily life. Almost giving up, I decided to visit Jaff at Precise Rehab Shah Alam. I have heard about him as he has helped my friend and her husband too! Jaff gave me clear explanation of my problem and helped me on my recovery journey. Thanks to him I'm able to do more than I can before my injury!
